The dates for 2014 are at the top of this article. If you want confirmed dates, that will have to wait, however these dates are about 95% correct and it would be some kind of unanticipated happening to have these dates shift. Thailand does not deal with exact dates more than a few months advance for holidays that are not on solar calendar dates/lunar calendar (e.g. first weekend kind of dates). This also applies to those holidays fixed by mediums, such as the ploughing festival.
